I. Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve customer (retail and distributor) inquiries and complaints in accordance with standard procedures & processes, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

- Provide multi-channel support across Email, Website, Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, Hotline, Live Chat, and other platforms as required.

- Assess customer issues and take necessary actions to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to update information and process order requests within the internal system.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s customer service strategy.

- Monitor order status and ensure timely updates to customers.

- Conduct customer-related tasks such as data collection, surveys, consultation, and identifying upselling opportunities.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 

II. Requirements

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, completing tasks on time.

- Ability to accurately understand customer needs to provide appropriate solutions while minimizing misunderstandings.

- Proficient in both Vietnamese and English across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.

- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities; detail-oriented, patient, calm, and customer-focused.

- Strong task management skills, capable of managing urgent tasks while maintaining daily workflow efficiency.

- Working time: 9 am - 6 pm, Mon – Fri
